Welcome to the Michigan Ultralight Association!
We hope your experience with ultralights and the folks in our association is a happy one.

Our club averages around 130 members, most of whom are licensed pilots and who fly ultralights for fun. We have a vast experience base in our club and all kinds of help is available through our members, the club infrastructure, our website, our newsletter and through the National Organizations that help us protect and promote this sport.

Thank You for visiting the most dynamic flying organization in the state of Michigan!

The Quest for Silver Wings
Image     MULA President Dennis Demeter now has his book in print. It is being sold on Amazon.com and five other bookstore websites.

What does it take to become an Air Force fighter pilot? This story is the chronicle of my son’s journey through the Air Force Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) program at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. Ever since he was a little boy, Phillip has wanted to fly fighters. He never lost his focus and never let go of his dream. This is the story of what it takes to get appointed to the toughest, most competitive primary pilot training program in the Air Force, and what it takes to get through it. The good days, the bad days, the terrible days. Follow the 55 week journey of young men and women who push themselves to ever higher levels of ability and performance while tenaciously holding on to their desire to serve their countries in uniform - and earn the right to wear the wings of a warrior pilot.

A signed and inscribed copy of The Quest for Silver Wings is available for $10.00 - Which includes shipping costs from the web link below, or by calling 800-352-2296

1/2 of proceeds from books sold to MULA members go to Ray Ohannes Fund.
